At Sacred Heart Catholic Voluntary Academy, we believe that children can develop as a person through prayer and prayer is turning our attention to God. It is raising our minds and hearts to God. It is putting ourselves in His presence and so our starting point for prayer is the place where we find God.
Our school is both a place or prayer and worship. Our mission is lived out every minute of every day in classrooms, in the staffroom, in the playground and of course, during Liturgies and mass.
